First, ensure the main SPTV player is turned off, never pull out the power cable of SPTV player while it's on. Press the power button once on the player and wait for it to properly shutdown. Do not hold in the power button. The unit should turn off in under 1minute or less.
Then check that the USB cable connecting the LCD controller to the main player unit is securely plugged into the REAR usb port of the main SPTV player.
You should check for any visible damage to the USB cable. If you notice any damage, you may need to replacement please contact customer support for further assistance.
Additionally, make sure that the LCD controller is not connected to any other USB devices or ports on other devices. It should only be connected to the designated USB port on the main SPTV player unit.
